We are back to normal hours if you prefer to shop in our store. We have also increased our capability for deliveries if you need food and can't make it to the store. Thank you for your support. 9 AM to 7 PM weekdays, 9-5 Saturday, and 9-4 Sunday.

We begin our deliveries at 1PM Monday through Friday. Any orders received after 12:30 PM will be delivered the following delivery day.

$50 minimum and the delivery charge is FREE. Deliveries within a 15-mile radius. Please give us specific instructions on where we should place your items at your house. If you live in a gated community, please let us know how to access it. Astro Loyalty free bags cannot be delivered by themselves. Frozen products: The person must be at home to receive the delivery. 

We are accepting curbside pickups until 30 minutes before closing. Please allow us an hour to process your order and give us a call once you arrive at the parking lot so a member of our team can bring it to you. No, you do not need ID, just let us know who you are picking up for. If you need food and may not make it before we close, please give us a call and we will leave it aside for you to pick up after hours.

If for any reason we are out of stock of any items that we normally stock, we can offer you an alternative product or we will order it for you to be delivered or picked up at a later date. If you would like to purchase a product that you don't see on our website, please call us and we will be happy to find it for you to pick up or for delivery at a later date.

You can place your order on our website, or you can call us directly by phone at 941-723-1715 ext. 1. On our website, you can pay via PayPal or use your credit card. By phone, we need your credit card and CVV code for your safety while processing your order.

We will keep the order aside and you can pick up within 3 days. Please give us a call and let us know when you will be able to come or if you prefer for us to deliver.

At this moment, we are entering items manually and work on seamless integration is in progress. Astro Loyalty free bags cannot be delivered by themselves.

DROP OFF 

 You're welcome to enter the store. A member of our staff will greet you and ask what would you like for the grooming service. If you are at high risk for COVID, please give us a call at 941-723-1715 ext 2 so an employee can pick up your pet at the parking lot. 

PICK UP 

 Your groomer will text or call you depending on your preference once the service is completed. You can pay inside the store or by phone. if you need your pet to be brought to your car please let us know. We give a max of 1 hour to pick up your pet after giving notice your pet is ready for pick up. If you are running late, we offer a 1/2 daycare for only $10.00.

We groom at your pet's pace. In order to allow them a tranquil and minimally stressful experience, the standard time for grooming could be between 2-3 hours. This allows your pet to relax in between baths and the actual grooming process. Please allow us to call or text you once your pet is ready. Times may vary according to the condition of coat, size of pet, and behavior. If your pet finishes before the expected time, we will call as soon as he/she is ready.

We understand that there are times where cancelations must take place. We only ask that if you need to make a cancelation, you do so 24 hours in advance. Without your cancellation, we are not able to fill this reservation with another guest. Remember our salaries depend on these appointments.
