Due to COVID19 exposure risk, Pet's Life Naturally is not able to accept any returns at this time, for health and safety reasons. Any returns that have been purchased within the 30-day period and if it is in the original package might be able to exchange for other products. We ask that you keep your receipt and product until further notice.

9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily if you prefer to come to the store, we are allowing only TWO people in at the same time, there is a bell at the door. Thank you for your patience.

Mon-Friday after 3 pm. Any orders received after 2:30 will be delivered the next day. Sat & Sun in case of an emergency, we will try to do our best to accommodate.

Preferably $50 but we are trying to help as many people as we can due to COVID19, so we are accepting $30 and up. The delivery charge is FREE. Deliveries within a 15-mile radius. Please give us specific instructions on where we should place your items at your house. If you live in a gated community, please let us know how to access it. Astro Loyalty free bags cannot be delivered by themselves. Frozen products: The person must be at home to receive the delivery.

Orders need to be placed by 4:00 pm, the latest. Please allow us an hour to process your order and give us a call once you arrive at the parking lot so a member of our team can bring it to you. No, you do not need ID, just let us know who you are picking up for.

If for any reason we are out of stock of any items that we normally stock, we will offer you an alternative product or we will order it for you to be delivered or pick-up at a later date. If you would like to purchase a product that you don’t see on our website, please call us and we will be happy to find it for you by the time you pick up or for delivery.

You can place your order on our website, or you can call us directly by phone at 941-723-1715 ext. 1. On our website, you can pay via PayPal or use your credit card. By phone, we need your credit card and CVV code for your safety while processing your order. Due to COVID19, we prefer not receiving cash orders.

We will keep the order aside and you can pick up within 3 days. Please give us a call and let us know when you will be able to come or if you prefer for us to deliver.

DROP OFF

Please be patient and remain in your car and give your groomer a call 941-723-1715 ext 2. The groomer will meet you at the parking lot to talk to you and pick your dog up. If you are a new customer or your rabies info needs updating, please email us your rabies info to bubblehouse@petslifenaturally.com the day before your appointment 

PICK UP

Your groomer will give you a call when your dog’s grooming visit has finished. They will take a credit card payment at that time and we are also limiting cash transactions for health and safety reasons. We would appreciate if you could pick up your pet as promptly as possible since our store has reduced hours.

We groom at your pet’s pace. In order to allow a tranquil and minimally stressful experience, the standard time for grooming is at least 3 hours. This allows your pet to relax in between baths and the actual grooming process. Please allow three hours before picking up your pet or calling to see if your pet is ready. Times may vary according to the condition of coat, size of pet, and behavior. If your pet finishes before the three hours, we will call and let you know.

We understand that there are times where cancelations must take place. We only ask that if you need to make a cancelation, you do so 24 hours in advance. Without your cancellation, we are not able to fill this reservation with another guest. Remember our salaries depend on these appointments.
